How does Auto-Tune work?

Auto-tune provides a super convenient way to tune frequencies automatically, without having to mess around with knobs and scroll-wheels mid-flight. This is especially helpful in VR.

With auto-tune enabled, any time ATC mentions a frequency, it will be entered as the standby frequency in your COM1 VHF radio. This means you only need to map a keybinding in your flight simulator to swap the active/standby for COM1, in order to accept a handoff and move to the next frequency.

Additionally, with auto-tune enabled, when you spawn on the ground with a new flight, COM1-Active will be set to the Clearance frequency (or ground, or tower, in that order, depending on what that airport has available). COM2 standby will be ground (or tower), and COM2-standby will be the ATIS frequency for that airport (if applicable).

To enable Auto-Tune, open your SayIntentions.AI app, go to settings, navigate to the first tab, and turn on the check-box.

Also, you can always click on a frequency to tune it immediately to your COM1-Active.
