The integration of SayIntentions.AI with OnAir Airline Manager brings a new level of realism and functionality to flight simulation, specifically tailored for virtual pilots. Here’s how the integration works:

  1. AI Dispatchers in a Persistent World: SayIntentions.AI introduces AI dispatchers into the persistent MMO environment of OnAir. These AI dispatchers can communicate in real-time with the OnAir servers, providing pilots with immediate and contextually relevant information about their airline operations.

  2. Real-Time Support: Pilots can interact with these AI dispatchers using specific radio frequencies (like 118.11, 118.34, 118.51, and 118.86). This allows for seamless access to various services such as locating nearby fuel stations, checking aircraft availability, and obtaining other critical operational data, all directly from the cockpit without the need to navigate through extensive menus.

  3. Enhanced Immersion: The integration minimizes the traditional simulation friction by enabling pilots to choose jobs, start routes, and manage their operations directly from their cockpit interface. This creates a more immersive and fluid experience, enhancing the realism of managing airline operations within OnAir.

  4. Free Access and Continued Development: The partnership is available for free, allowing users to explore and benefit from the enhanced features. The collaboration between SayIntentions.AI and OnAir is an ongoing project, with plans to expand the feature set and improve the overall experience further.

To get started, login to your pilot portal, go to settings, and enter your OnAir company codes to pick a frequency.  Once done, you can now talk to your OnAir dispatcher using your aircraft radio!

In summary, the integration leverages AI to streamline virtual airline management, offering pilots a more engaging and realistic experience by embedding essential management tools directly into the simulation environment.
