Why do my communications have to remain family friendly and/or non-vulgar?

We use multiple cloud AI providers, including OpenAI (GPT-4). Our agreements with these providers include contract clauses that we will filter profane, vulgar, and other similar content.  This includes any communications considered "unprofessional".  

We do try to give warnings, but if the issues persist, we have no choice but to terminate accounts of repeat offenders.

Additionally, we cooperate fully with law enforcement if requested, and simulating terrorist activities is likely to get their attention. Therefore, any threats of violence, terrorism, or simulation of illegal activities will also result in the immediate termination of your account. 

Simulating normal aviation emergencies is allowed, assuming you are not trying to simulate the death or a crew member, or any other person.

Note that if your account is terminated for violating this policy, you will not be entitled to any refunds.
