The cabin crew is calling me by the wrong name. How do I fix it?

The cabin crew will call you by your first name if you like. Here's where it gets that information:

1. Pilot Portal Setings: It starts by checking to see if you've set a "Pilot Name" in the pilot portal. (Pilot Portal, Settings, at the top of the screen).

2. SimBrief Pilot Name: If there's no pilot name set there, it uses the Pilot Name you've set in your Simbrief flight plan.

3. Pilot Portal Account "Display Name": If there's no pilot name set in simbrief, it uses your "Display Name" set in your Pilot Portal. (Pilot Portal, Account Page).
