How to Collect Windows Logs for SayIntentions.AI

If you experience an application error or crash, our support team may ask you to provide Windows logs. These logs help us quickly diagnose and resolve issues. Follow the steps below:

Step 1 — Open Event Viewer

  • Press Windows Key + S, type Event Viewer, and press Enter.

  • Event Viewer is included with Windows, no download required.

Step 2 — Navigate to Application Logs

  • In the left-hand menu, expand Windows Logs.

  • Select Application.

Step 3 — Locate the SayIntentions.AI Entry

  • In the main Application window, look for entries where the Application is listed as SayIntentionsAI.exe.

  • Select the entry related to the error or crash.

Step 4 — Copy the Details

  • In the bottom section of the window, under the General tab, copy the entire contents.

  • Paste this information into your support ticket reply.

Step 5 — Check for Multiple Errors

  • There may be more than one error listed.

  • If so, repeat the process and include all relevant entries.
