If you experience an application error or crash, our support team may ask you to provide Windows logs. These logs help us quickly diagnose and resolve issues. Follow the steps below:
Step 1 — Open Event Viewer
Press Windows Key + S, type Event Viewer, and press Enter.
Event Viewer is included with Windows, no download required.
Step 2 — Navigate to Application Logs
In the left-hand menu, expand Windows Logs.
Select Application.
Step 3 — Locate the SayIntentions.AI Entry
In the main Application window, look for entries where the Application is listed as SayIntentionsAI.exe.
Select the entry related to the error or crash.
Step 4 — Copy the Details
In the bottom section of the window, under the General tab, copy the entire contents.
Paste this information into your support ticket reply.
Step 5 — Check for Multiple Errors
There may be more than one error listed.
If so, repeat the process and include all relevant entries.
